What do I need target groups for?
Target Groups are used in MAILINGWORK for various purposes, such as sending newsletters to a specific recipient group within one or more subscriber lists. Additionally, you can assign certain sections of your mailings to specific target groups. If you want to send a reminder to non-openers or non-clickers, you can also use the target group function.
Target groups are also suitable for the following use cases:
- To send topic-specific newsletters
- To place dynamic content in mailings
- To respond to openers and non-openers
- To remove subscribers who haven’t opened your emails for a long time
- To control actions in campaigns
- To make changes to subscriber profiles via profile enrichment
