How can I only write to certain addresses using target groups?

With target groups, you can filter your subscribers who meet specific criteria. Target groups are defined by setting certain conditions that must be met or not met, such as categorizing subscribers by gender, age, or interests.

You can select the desired subscriber list and the defined target group during the sending process. This allows you to contact only those subscribers who match both the selected list and the target group.

Under "Subscribers" > "Target Groups", you can combine various conditions using AND/OR blocks.

  • Affiliation to a list
  • Target Group Membership
  • Interest
  • Random Selection of Subscribers
  • Voucher (if voucher module is booked)

Dispatch:

  • Recipients (planned)
  • Received (delivered/not delivered)

  • Retained Addresses
  • Blacklist

Activity (only with activated profiling permission):

  • Opening Behavior
  • Click Behavior
  • Survey Participation (if survey module is booked)
  • Profile Changes
  • Tell a friend
