The Webspace offers you an alternative method to Media Management for storing files on the Mailingwork server and using them in your mailings. It is particularly useful for special applications that require their own folder structure or exact file names.
Key features:
Unlike Media Administration, Webspace does not use the existing folder structure of your account but allows you to build a separate file hierarchy. This is especially practical when you want to provide complete websites or extensive documents with their own folder structure.
A special advantage of Webspace is the preservation of original file names without adding a system ID. This makes it ideal for personalized file attachments where the file name should contain placeholders, such as "Contract_[CustomerNumber /].pdf". This way, each subscriber can receive their own specific attachment.
The basic operation is simple: You can create new folders, upload files (also as a ZIP archive with subsequent extraction), and rename or delete existing files.
