If not all addresses are imported during the import process, this is usually due to the active opt out matching - a security feature that prevents previously unsubscribed recipients from being contacted again.
During a subscriber import in Mailingwork, it may happen that not the complete number of subscribers from the import file is added to the subscriber list in Mailingwork. This behavior is not an error, but a deliberate process.
During the import process, you will find the option to perform an opt out matching with the following settings in step 6 "Options":
If one of the first two options is activated, email addresses that have previously unsubscribed from your account will not be imported again.
An opt out matching ensures that already unsubscribed subscribers are not accidentally imported into Mailingwork again and thus contacted again. This not only protects your recipients wish not to receive any more emails, but also helps to comply with legal requirements in email marketing.
