Which placeholders can I use in the e-mail?
The most important placeholders for your mailing can be found in the input aids within the toolbar during content editing.
Various placeholders are available here, including 'Subscriber Fields,' 'Personalization Helpers,' links to unsubscription, profile manager, and tell-a-friend setups, links to online view, and links for creating surveys and landing pages, among others. Additional placeholders for 'Formatting,' 'Dialogs,' and 'Emojis' can be found in the next tabs.

Placeholders for Date or Birthdate can be created as follows:
Example:
[DATE format=’d.m.y‘] => 07.02.14
[DATE format=’Y‘] => 2014
[DATE format=’F Y‘ locale=’de‘] => February 2014
[Birthday format=’date %d.%m.%y‘]
For template creation, placeholders are available under Modules -> Templates -> Email within the respective input areas under 'Input Aids.'
Further information about placeholders for template creation can be found in our documentation.
