What legal aspects do I need to be aware of in the registration form?

  1. Do not send newsletters without the recipient's explicit consent.
  2. Inform new subscribers during registration that their data will be used solely for email delivery and will not be shared with third parties.
  3. Collect as little data as possible – the only required field during registration should be the email address.
  4. Provide information about the right to withdraw from receiving newsletters before registration and in every subsequent email.
  5. Use the double opt-in process.
  6. Do not tie sweepstakes participation to newsletter registration.
