Optin Setup

Optin Setup

The Optin Setup function allows you to easily create and manage professional newsletter registration forms that can be securely embedded on your website in compliance with current data protection regulations.

Key features:

  • Drag & drop editor for individual form design
  • Automatic generation of form source code
  • Various registration modes (Double Opt-In, Confirmed Opt-In, Single Opt-In)
  • Integration of subscriber fields and list selection
  • Comprehensive spam protection through integrated CAPTCHA or Google reCAPTCHA
  • Custom dialog pages for the registration process

With the Optin Setup, you can create legally compliant forms for your newsletter registrations in just a few steps. The intuitive editor allows you to easily insert, position, and edit all necessary elements such as text fields, selection options, and checkboxes. Every change is immediately visible in the preview.

The settings of the Optin Setup offer you maximum flexibility: Choose between different registration modes (Double Opt-In is recommended for legally secure registrations), configure advanced options such as email forwarding or HTTP forwarding, and use the integrated spam protection to shield your forms from bot-driven mass registrations.

Particularly practical is the ability to link the registration form with other functions such as duplicate checking or setting up automatic forwarding of the latest newsletter issue to new subscribers. In tenant systems, you can organize optin setups in subfolders and make them available for different accounts.

After successfully creating and testing your form, MAILINGWORK automatically generates the source code that you can easily integrate into your website. For an optimal user experience, you can additionally set up custom dialog pages for various situations in the registration process.

In our online documentation, you'll find detailed instructions for designing your registration forms in compliance with data protection regulations, as well as proven templates and examples.
