How do I add an unsubscribe link to my mailing?
Within the input assistance under the "Links" tab, you can find the unsubscribe links for your unsubscribe setups. These input aids are located in the toolbar of your mailing.
Before you can insert the placeholder for the unsubscribe link, it is necessary to create or adjust an unsubscribe setup. Go to Setups > Opt out Setups to create a new setup or edit an existing one. We recommend selecting the Single-Opt-Out mode, as it is the most legally appropriate option.
For more information on creating the unsubscribe setup, please refer to our documentation. To test the unsubscribe process, you must perform an actual mailing. This is necessary because an active subscriber with valid subscription data is required for a unique assignment of the unsubscription.
