How can I see the reasons for a bounce?

Under Subscribers > Bounce Management > Bounce Overview, you will find all bounces triggered in your account. If you want to view the causes of bounces for specific mailings, you can create a new filter using the corresponding button and select your sent mailing under Email. This can only be displayed per mailing, but not, for example, for all bounces from a subscriber list. Once the filter is created, you can export all bounces, including their causes.

Since error messages are individually returned by each email server, we unfortunately cannot provide you with a list of causes. Often, searching the internet for the bounce reason can help.
