External Archive

External Archive

The External Archive allows you to create a publicly accessible collection of your sent mailings and present them on your website. It serves as a digital showcase of your email communication and gives your website visitors insight into your newsletter history.

Key features:

  • Creation of a publicly accessible archive of your email campaigns
  • Flexible integration into your website through various embedding options
  • Individual customization of the appearance through HTML and CSS editing
  • Automatic or manual addition of mailings to the archive
  • Personalized display of mailings through selection of a reference subscriber

The External Archive works like a curated collection of your best or most important email campaigns. When creating an archive, you select a reference subscriber whose data is used to display the personalized elements in your mailings. This is particularly important for highly personalized mailings to ensure all placeholders are filled with meaningful content.

You have three different ways to integrate the External Archive into your website:

  1. As a finished HTML page that you can embed directly via iFrame or link to
  2. As serialized PHP data for custom integration
  3. As an XML file for maximum flexibility in further processing

You can decide which mailings should appear in the External Archive. Either add them manually by importing them from the internal archive, or activate automatic addition when creating a mailing.

The appearance of the External Archive can be completely adapted to your corporate design. On the "HTML" and "CSS" tabs, you can edit the source code to customize layout, colors, fonts, and other design elements according to your preferences.
