The Tags function allows you to easily organize and categorize your emails to quickly find relevant content and maintain an overview when dealing with a large number of mailings.

With Tags, you can mark your emails with colored labels in just one click and categorize them according to your individual needs. In the email overview, the colored tags are displayed directly under the subject line and enable quick orientation even with a large number of emails.
Tags are managed centrally under 'Administration → Tags', where you can create new tags, edit existing ones, or delete them. Each tag receives a name and a freely selectable color, which you can define using a color picker or hex code. These settings can be adjusted at any time.
In tenant systems, tags can be shared from the admin account to sub-accounts, with only the admin account being able to make changes to the tags. The shared tags are available to sub-accounts for labeling their emails, but cannot be edited or deleted by them.
The filter function in the email overview, email archive, and email statistics is particularly practical. After adding the 'Tags' column, you can specifically filter for emails with certain tag combinations and thus quickly find, for example, all mailings with high priority or being edited by specific editors.
