The Email Blacklist is your central instrument for complying with unsubscribe requests and controlling the exclusion of certain recipients from your mailings. This function offers you comprehensive options to control who should not receive your mailings.
Key features:
How it works: All email addresses and domains entered on the blacklist are automatically filtered out before each sending. This happens in the background and ensures that no recipient who does not want to or should not be contacted accidentally receives an email. In addition to your own blacklist, Mailingwork also considers higher-level and global blacklists as well as optional external lists (e.g., the RTR list according to Austrian e-commerce law).
Particularly useful: Through the "Blacklist reconciliation," you can compare your active subscriber lists with the blacklist and automatically remove recipients who are on the blacklist from your lists. This helps you keep your lists current and legally compliant.
With wildcards like "%@domain.com," you can exclude entire domains or filter for partial terms in email addresses with "%term%" – a powerful tool to systematically exclude disposable email addresses, for example.
